Glass as medium was a chance encounter while studying at university. ‘Working with glass is challenging but the end results has the quality that can’t be replicated.The transparency of glass is very exciting, it is it’s jewel like quality that draws me.’ Says Pratima There are as many temples on every corners in India, and always adorned with ‘Apsaras’ -celestial singers, dancers and musicians - beautifully depicted in sculpture all around temples.
